About the Role As a Product Marketing Specialist (International Sales) at Mindvalley, you will be a member of our expanding internationalization team. Fluent proficiency in English and/or multiple languages is essential for this role. You will drive the marketing success of our products in the English and/or multiple language markets, overseeing end-to-end funnel optimization and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role involves a deep dive into marketing psychology, conversion optimization, and funnel building methodologies. Your contributions will directly impact our revenue, and your innovative ideas will have a far-reaching influence across all our funnels. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Funnel Optimization: Stay updated on cutting-edge marketing practices and adapt them to enhance our current funnels. Lead the creation of effective sales funnels, overseeing project management and stakeholder communication. Drive improvements in conversion rates throughout the sales funnel. Apply marketing psychology principles to align the entire product with the marketing strategy. Prioritize impactful ideas from research and execute them rapidly, following growth methodology. Take responsibility for increasing Mindvalley's revenue through successful product launches. Project Management: Lead project teams in product launches and offer optimization, ensuring clear communication and documentation of activities. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on crucial metrics from tools like Google Analytics, Blink Webinars, Maropost, and other third-party platforms. Growth Hacking Mindset:

An innovative mindset focused on growth and optimization. Data Analysis:

Proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions. Marketing Tech Savvy:

Ability to use marketing technology tools such as Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Blink Webinar, Hubspot/Ignite, etc. Language Proficiency:

Native-level proficiency in English and/or multiple languages or extensive experience in English and/or multiple language-speaking countries. Continuous Learning:

A strong commitment to learning and staying updated with industry trends. Marketing Psychology:

Deep understanding of effective marketing psychology and strategies, particularly for international markets. Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Time and Project Management:

Strong time and project management skills, including the ability to handle tight deadlines. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on international sales and funnel optimization.
