As a Product Marketing Visual Designer, you'll be creating key visuals and required formats for performance media campaigns and digital advertising. We’ll look to you to develop a visual asset framework for long term marketing plans and digital product needs, including illustrations, motions and iconography. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring clarity in brand guidelines Maintaining brand and design continuity along with quality output Ongoing creation of visual and motion assets for Marketing, Communications and Product Development teams Providing design support for NatWest Rooster Money and Youth outreach campaigns The skills you'll need

This is a senior designer role where we expect the right candidate, a self-starter, to lead and manage the tasks assigned. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in visual design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and the delivery of effective and innovative visual design solutions. You’ll have a great design sensibility for visual details, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines. You’ll also need: Exceptional graphic design skills, together with design experience at consumer focused, B2C companies, with great command of graphic software programmes such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign Proficiency in animation, GIFs, and key visuals to support digital touchpoints, with substantial knowledge in After Effects and LottieFiles Excellent typography skills, layout and image composition Experience in developing frameworks and systems for visual assets for digital products, including iconography Experience in delivering interface designs for digital applications in high performance environments A proven track record of providing high quality design concepts and assets for product marketing and customer engagement
