Sitting within our wider Product division, Product Martech is made up of specialist teams focused on providing our expert digital marketers with the tools they need to deliver our commercial strategy in multiple geographies. This role will be focused on evolving our Martech capabilities, ensuring our Martech strategy and requirements are well understood, prioritized and delivered. This will be globally focused, and champion improvements for iGaming and Sports. So, what will you be doing?

Drive continuous improvement of Marketing capabilities, translating business strategy into Product Martech strategy. Be an expert in Martech Stack capabilities, providing insights to stakeholders on the Martech product landscape. Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on performance metrics. Conduct regular discovery with Marketing/Product Domains to uncover opportunities. Empower all marketing teams to translate their business requirements to actual deliveries by collaborating with product and development teams to get into relevant roadmaps. Develop compelling, evidence-based business cases for strategic initiatives. Own the vision board creation and NCR (New Candidate Review) process ensuring work gets delivered on time to budget and reflected in the Martech roadmap. Guide POs and Marketers in making informed future development decisions. Champion product quality and operational excellence in all delivery. Understand Martech industry trends, innovation and competitor activity. And what are we looking for?

Working knowledge of the Martech/Adtech landscape, so we can continue to develop our marketing capabilities. Experience of working within a Product delivery framework. Have great stakeholder management skills and be able to build key relationships within the business. Previous experience building product visions and converting those into a deliverable roadmap. Display an ability to present findings and discuss relevant talking points, with great communication skills. Show strong organisational skills and take pride in your attention to detail. Be able to navigate through all complexities to deliver best in class experiences to our customers. This is what you'll get
