London, GB Bicester, GB, OX26 6WD Full Time Something Extraordinary Every Day As our Product Merchandising Manager, you will support and align retail and marketing deliverable through product assortment and brand partnerships with a clear objective of delivering sales target for the Village. This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 4 days a week. What you will be doing The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following: Prepare each week’s trade result, analyze segmentation performance Develop product milestone calendar from the Bicester commercial & marketing calendar Identify seasonal trends and highlight key commercial themes PIK - prepare brand and target mix list with retail for alignment Be responsible for the weekly product collection for edits based on planned commercial calendar What makes you special Every colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organizational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk-taking.
