Product Office Assistant

to join our client's team based in the Baglan area. Our client is a global manufacturing leader in their industry and is offering great progression opportunities to grow with the company. Salary:

Up to £34,700 p.a depending on experience Hours of work:

Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm Contract:

Permanent Purpose of the role: Elaborate and maintain the technical specifications and bills of material of the finished product for production. Main responsibilities: Create the technical documents of the product, of raw and auxiliary materials and ensure their permanent updating. In coordination with the Group Operating Process Office, manage the activities related to the creation of new products, providing the Marketing & Sales Area elements on the production cost. Check, develop, manage and modify the layout, decorations and technical characteristics of the finished product and its wrap. Manage relationships with flexography and printer suppliers. Collaborate with the Production Manager to the permanent improvement of products, materials and of the products palletizing system. Guarantee an efficient management of the reference reporting. Create the production batches. Check the production amounts made and the raw materials used. Apply the Corporate Principles and Values. Skills Required: Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. A relevant degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership capability. Proactive and organised. Strong communication skills. Good attention to detail. IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
