About the role You will be responsible for managing the DS Smith e-commerce platform powered by Adobe eCommerce. You will be the go-to expert, overseeing support, change requests, and rollouts. You will work closely with the business and vendors on analysis, design, and implementation of new Adobe eCommerce sites. The IT Product Owner will own service support for the Adobe tool across recent e-commerce deployments in Sweden, Denmark, and the existing ePack business. Core responsibilities include leveraging tool capabilities, requirements gathering, testing, roadmap planning, and developing strong client relationships. The ability to translate technical concepts to business users and build consensus across diverse teams is essential. Key responsibilities: Leads, in collaboration with the IT Business Partners and wider IT operations, the generation of 2-3 year technology roadmaps for Adobe eCommerce platform ensuring integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans. Leads business through design and functional discussions, ensuring a thorough understanding of the business processes and requirements. Provides recommendations on business solutions based on existing gaps between system capabilities and customer business needs and goals. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert on the functional capabilities of the eCommerce platform, getting the most out of the tool. Defines functional business requirements and creates specification documentation. Collaborates with core project team members to accurately capture requirements, manage scope, and project timeline. Provides business-specific training and documentation on the commerce platform and any customizations specific to the customer project. Ability to step in and quickly assess business needs to execute platform assistance or recommendations for enhancements. Assists in Integration and Acceptance Testing when appropriate. Works with stakeholders to manage change requests, issues, and projects. Manages project scope through accurate documentation of requirements. Oversees daily support of the platform, prioritizing activities where required in tandem with the support partner. Identifies process improvement opportunities. About you Deep understanding of e-commerce and Adobe eCommerce solution, with experience scaling solutions. Proven capability in leading complex IT transformation and solution architecting initiatives. Experience in adaptable solution design and integration across complex application landscapes. Knowledge of multi-site, multi-country manufacturing environments, ERP, MES, CRM solutions. Broad knowledge of IT applications, services, and infrastructure. Extensive experience delivering sizable projects and programs through the full lifecycle. Experience working with and overseeing 3rd party system integrator partners. Familiarity with internal and outsourced delivery models. Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies. Ability to collaborate with and challenge stakeholders effectively.
