What you'll do
Define the chatbot roadmap based on clear commercial rationale and robust analysis or insights with a focus on your product area Take ownership for requirements definition and delivery of product enhancements at a central level Build NLP and Flow based chatbot solutions for core service journeys and new sales and retention use cases Understand the business objectives and requirements across Central OTT, local team Operations, Digital, CRM and Technology teams Work closely with the Scrum Team to ensure the best solution is designed to meet our objectives Lead development of critical new initiatives around automation, artificial intelligence and continuous process Improvement What you'll bring
