pportunity We are seeking an innovative and driven Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our MaaS solutions. You will need to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to deliver new transport and mobility services that are changing how customers use transport. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product delivery teams of our MaaS solution to ensure that our MaaS offerings meet customer needs, support business goals, and drive user adoption. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements and new features. Manage and maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined, including collaboration with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience of our MaaS applications. Oversee the Agile development process, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry standards in the MaaS landscape. Stay current on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to mobility and transportation Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. In practice this means: You can define and articulate a compelling product vision that integrates various transportation services into a seamless user experience. You've got substantial knowledge of Mobility as a Service (MaaS) concepts, including the integration of public transit, ridesharing, bike-sharing, and other transportation options. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to drive product development and ensure alignment with business objectives. Motivation and passion for transforming urban mobility and enhancing the user experience through innovative technology solutions and sustainable transportation practices. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, foster collaboration, and articulate product requirements clearly. You master Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring timely delivery of projects while adapting to changing priorities and emerging user needs. 3-5 years working in product management or a related role, preferably in the mobility, transportation, or technology sectors, bringing a strong understanding of user-centered design and market dynamics.
