Product Owner – Help & Support Location: Hybrid (Corby) Fixed-Term Contract - 12 Months RS Group is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead and optimize our digital ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Help & Support and post-purchase journeys—including Orders, Reorders, and Parcel Tracking—enabling customers to self-serve effectively and seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the development of Support, Orders, and Parcel Tracking journeys to ensure a seamless, optimized customer experience. Champion cross-channel journeys that drive awareness of self-serve capabilities, enhancing engagement for both customers and colleagues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX Research & Design, Analytics, Personalization, and CMS, to define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements. Leverage our cutting-edge Experimentation practice to measure initiative effectiveness and make data-driven optimization recommendations. Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and best practices to identify improvements and support prioritization. Partner with the portfolio team on strategic projects and programs, such as the Digital Commerce platform. Ensure compliance with local data protection and privacy legislation for all delivered experiences. Manage and prioritize the product backlog and drive roadmap delivery in collaboration with key stakeholders and the Senior Product Owner. Identify opportunities to create engaging and impactful stakeholder communications.

About You: You are a strong communicator, decisive leader, and engaged team player who delivers against the agreed product roadmap and strategic project plans.

What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a digital product environment. A strong understanding of the customer journey and behaviors, particularly in post-purchase transactions. Expertise in order management and parcel tracking within post-purchase ecosystems. Experience working with Agile Scrum development teams and methodology. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
