We are looking for a Product Owner to join a client on a permanent basis, someone who has experience of working within the Insurance market.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Proven Experience : Strong Agile and Scrum experience with a thorough understanding of the Product Owner role particularly with a technology focus.
Outstanding Communication : Exceptional skills in communication and presentation.
Analytical Prowess : Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Stakeholder Management : Expertise in balancing and managing conflicting stakeholder needs.
Agile Expertise : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Multitasking Ability : Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tool Proficiency : Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
UX/UI Knowledge : Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
Technical Acumen : Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Industry Knowledge : Insight into the insurance industry, even if gained through different roles (preferable).
Certified Professional : Certified Product Owner credentials (preferable).
Adaptable and Positive : A flexible approach to work and a positive attitude, fully embracing and incorporating the company values.
