A successful company based in Maidenhead is seeking a Product Owner / Manager to join their highly entrepreneurial and experienced team. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the creation and evolution of exciting products that meet the needs of their customers and the business. 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Responsibilities

Support Product Management by creating epics and user stories to enable applicable development for at least 2 sprints of prioritized user stories. Work closely with the Scrum team to help clarify stories as required. Compile test results to provide data for use in solving problems. Perform engineering level tests to find defects; troubleshoot and debug development and production issues, collaborating with QA Engineers to develop optimal product test plans. Work with Product Owner to clarify and estimate feature work. Work with QA Engineers to develop optimal product test plans and resolve new feature issues as QA finds bugs during release stabilization. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent field plus 2 years’ experience working as a business analyst, product manager, product owner, or similar role OR equivalent experience. Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms. Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to socialize ideas and influence decisions without direct authority. Collaborative in nature with a strong desire to dig in and learn independently as well as through asking questions. Considers ‘best-practice’ standards, as well as departmental policies and procedures. Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and work breakdowns. Understands the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
