Product Strategy is responsible for research, roadmap design and prioritisation of strategic deliveries on the INSTANDA platform, as well as use of our broad ecosystem. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Owner to join our Product Strategy team, to act as the voice of the client and key stakeholders during delivery of product changes, ensuring their needs are met. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business, including Product Design, Architecture, Engineering, Client Delivery, Sales, Technical Presales and Account Management; as well as clients, partners and industry experts, acting as the voice of the client and champion of user value, whilst ensuring INSTANDA’s direction of travel remains aligned to our north star in delivery and development. This role is UK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office. What you will do: Managing the product backlog and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to refine and prioritise the Product backlog in line with evolving user needs and strategic objectives. Evaluate and determine scheduling for Engineering teams to support delivery in line with project phase goals and product goals. Deliver a world-class product by utilising excellent communication and leadership skills to actively and effectively interpret and translate requirements from clients or client-facing functions for/ to Product Design, Architecture and the wider Engineering community. Playing an active role in analysing and refining requirements, proposals, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery details, maximising the value delivered by INSTANDA and ensuring that scope remains aligned to customer expectations and broader Product vision. Supporting the Head of Product in developing Product release plans, setting expectations for the delivery of new features and functionality, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to explain direction of travel and resolve queries with priorities. Forging deep relationships with internal stakeholders across INSTANDA, ensuring overall Product strategy, Product goals and release goals are understood, translated and linked to purpose. Attending and making critical contributions to ceremonies (Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Stand-Up, Retro); providing feedback and making priority decisions where required. Translating the Product roadmap for internal and external stakeholders and keeping them up to date with new product features and functionalities; leading and facilitating client user focus groups and customer conversations to ensure the voice of the customer remains central to INSTANDA’s product strategy. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for positive change, both within Product and across the wider business, champion a culture of continuous improvement and evolution. Building presence and visibility as a technical and functional point of expertise for the INSTANDA platform, its clients, users and target markets. Support the Head of Product in strategic planning and with other ad-hoc assignments as may be required from time to time. Requirements: Have demonstrable experience (3+ years) as a Product Owner within SaaS and an Agile working environment. Have demonstrable experience of owning and refining a Product backlog and prioritising Product features. Be able to assess large data sets of information to draw conclusions about topics, issues and impact. Have some experience using JIRA or similar tools. Have demonstrable experience determining, assessing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria. Have demonstrable experience of interpreting specific requirements into comprehensive rather than specific needs. Be self-driven to learn in detail how the INSTANDA platform works. Be able to balance stakeholder needs with overall Product strategy. Be a proactive and consistent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
