The Role As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating the product vision and strategy into actionable tasks for the development team. You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, Architects and Infrastructure teams to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritised and aligned with customer needs and business goals. Join us in the ongoing development of our shared data services. We're focused on creating reliable sources of data for key areas in our products. These services will be embedded within our platform, supporting our products and ensuring a seamless data experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand and communicate the product vision, strategy, and objectives to the development team Create and manage the product backlog, detailing user stories, feature requirements, and technical tasks Prioritise the backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact Participate in sprint planning meetings and provide clear direction and acceptance criteria for development tasks Work closely with the development team during sprints, answering questions, and providing feedback on progress Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Managers, designers, and customers, to gather feedback and refine requirements Continuously monitor the product's performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements for future iterations The essentials we need from you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Previous experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools What you get from us: We believe everyone at Causeway has a vital role to play in our success.
