Our products range from API, web to mobile app solutions targeting both B2B2C and B2C markets. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop actionable plans to fulfill them. As part of the Product & Tech team, you will also partner with various internal functions including the Account Management, Operations, Marketing, and Data team to achieve the best results. Your ability to understand priorities and adapt communication styles to different stakeholders will be essential for success. You will become the trusted advisor of our product offerings both internally and externally, so it is important for you to be technically proficient to explain and demonstrate our capabilities. Overall, your role will involve: Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration : Engage with client, commercial, and account management teams to gather insights and requirements, ensuring the product meets their needs. Foster collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams to drive development and implementation. Leadership and Project Management : Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to prioritisation and delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution. Quality Assurance : Ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality. Implement robust testing and processes to identify and resolve issues promptly. Communication and Reporting : Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on product progress and performance metrics. User Experience Optimization and Continuous Improvement : Incorporate feedback to continually refine and enhance the user experience. Focus on simplifying user journey without compromising clinical safety and patient privacy. Basic requirements: Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably within healthcare, employee benefit, or insurance domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and a can-do spirit. Ability to create and prioritise stories and make on-the-spot decisions regarding scope and requirements. Understanding of Agile project management tools and methodologies. Preferred skills: Knowledge of digital health, especially telemedicine, digital wellbeing solutions, and employee assistance program (EAP). Experience in managing virtual teams.
