This includes any prioritised fixes from support and high-priority security fixes. Estimate and price delivery of requested items into a release, working with the Strategic Client Partner who will approve scope and pricing before being shared with the customer. Create a project plan to deliver the approved scope to an agreed timescale, agreeing key milestones with the customer and/or Strategic Client Partner. Manage delivery against the agreed timescale, escalating any risks or issues that may prevent on-time delivery. Feedback on any assumptions and further refinements to requirements that arise during the specification, development and quality assurance stages.
