development teams working on Magento websites, mobile apps, and PHP Symfony based internal systems designed to automate business processes. Work on
multiple projects , overseeing development across different platforms and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the
organic implementation of Agile practices
from scratch, as teams are not yet running under a specific framework. Develop and manage the
product backlog , working closely with teams to ensure smooth progress and delivery of key features and improvements. Be the bridge between
business stakeholders and development teams , ensuring clear communication of product goals and priorities. Co-create and co-maintain a
product roadmap
that aligns with both long-term business strategy and immediate customer feedback. Report to the Head of Software Engineering. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Education and Experience : Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management. Agile Framework Knowledge : Familiarity with Agile and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, with experience in writing user stories and managing product backlogs. Stakeholder Management : Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and translate business needs into actionable tasks. Technical Understanding : A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to collaborate closely with development teams. Roadmap and Vision : Experience in defining a product vision, maintaining a product roadmap, and prioritising features based on customer feedback and business needs. Problem Solving and Decision Making : Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive solutions to improve product performance. Experience in facilitating meetings such as
sprint planning ,
retrospectives , and
product demos . The ability to work effectively with
hybrid and cross-functional teams , and excellent communication skills to articulate product features and updates. Stakeholder and Business Focus : A deep understanding of stakeholder needs, market trends, and the ability to align product features with broader business goals. Organisational Skills : A highly organised approach with the
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
