Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets. Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region. Position Summary The Product Sales Technical Training Specialist will deliver in-depth training for Gamma’s CCaaS and UCaaS products and platforms including our Cisco and Microsoft portfolio. Covering technical, features & functionality, configuration and design aspects of the services whilst working towards a team-based sales target. Role & Responsibilities Host face-to-face and remote training sessions for Channel Partners or end users and internal employees (where applicable). Produce and maintain training packages and content material. Work with Sales, Sales Specialists on opportunities and proposals. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Products and Marketing to support and upskill Gamma’s Channel Partner base on our CCaaS & UCaaS offerings. Manage and report on training feedback to constantly review and improve on training success. Support the Customer Success team (where required) to assess knowledge and training gaps. Consult or advise Channel Partners on delivery/UAT/PoC/trial strategies, as needed. Minimum Requirements Graduate Level preferred, although industry experience will count. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Telecoms or a relevant industry. You will be providing technical product training to an array of Channel Partners with end customers ranging from SME to large enterprise, from the private and public sectors. Therefore, you will need to possess good client-facing & presentation skills and be able to adopt a commercial and consultative approach, as well as deliver complex technical information ensuring a sales bias towards the Gamma product set. The position will focus on the CCaaS, UCaaS space predominantly underpinned by Cisco tech, and Microsoft (MSDR and Operator Connect) product set, derivatives and market; therefore, you will need to have experience in a technical consultant, engineering, technical sales or training role within Cisco, Contact Centre, Telecommunications, Microsoft, Unified Comms and or Collaboration space. You would also require a good understanding or working knowledge of some or all the following areas: Cisco Webex and Cloud Connect solutions and products Omni Channel Contact Centre knowledge including Email, Chat, Social and CRM Voice platforms; VoIP & SIP trunking, PABX (hosted/on-prem), Voice routing, and IN/Inbound Services. Some Data/WAN/LAN experience including currently available technologies is desirable. Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering product & technical training with confidence to all levels, including senior and director. Excellent customer-facing skills at all levels. Excellent written presentation skills including experience in producing technical training material. High-level solution thinking capability and basic business process understanding. Great consultation and objection handling skills.
