As an Application Product Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing MasterMover’s electric tug products through demonstrations, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring customers receive the right application solutions for their needs. This role plays a key part in the pre-sales process, combining technical expertise with hands-on product demonstrations, both onsite and virtually, to support the sales team. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and the product development department to deliver tailored solutions that address specific material handling challenges. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the global sales teams and customers to understand their operational environments and provide application product expertise specifically focused on the customers’ requirements. Conduct onsite and online product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and features of MasterMover’s product range. Assist in configuring and adapting products to meet specific customer requirements and applications, ensuring that the solution is tailored to their business needs. Provide onsite product support, ensuring that equipment is operating as expected after installation and that users are properly trained. Carry out training for both internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency. Maintain records of demonstrations, customer feedback, and custom configurations for future reference and product development purposes. Requirements: Experience in a product specialist, technical sales, or related role, preferably within industrial equipment or technology sectors. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex products. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to customer sites and events as required. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
