Product Specialist (Electronics) / Technical Sales Engineer

with a strong engineering background to join the commercial team and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and will be responsible for bridging the knowledge gap between the commercial and engineering teams, whilst working with the customer support team. Responsibilities:

Act as a product specialist, taking the lead on being the go-to person for a range of products. Conduct technical product demonstrations with both hardware and software to international distributors and customers, either in person or virtually. Generate and deliver PowerPoint presentations, customer proposals, and bids/tenders' responses. Provide market feedback as a product expert. Support customers post-order, including helping to configure and set up systems. Build and develop relationships with international exclusive distributors and key customers. Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Collaborate with the engineering/customer service team to provide best-in-class product training, writing technical manuals and guides for end users. Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials and sales collateral. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Proven track record in a technical sales/product engineering role within commercial/design manufacturing. Experience in product demonstration, technical support, and technical sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adjust language to the audience's level of expertise and interest. Strong engineering and problem-solving skills with critical thinking ability. Ability to work both in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required - mainly office-based. Background in Physics/Maths and electronics. Experience with Windows and Linux is a plus.
