About the position The successful candidate for our Product Specialist vacancy will be entered into a training programme that involves in-house learning, product use and manufacturer led training. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and show the ability to work well in a team. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Product Specialist position involves: Maintaining in-depth, specialist knowledge of the product. Aim to create a new retail experience for our customers. Handing over vehicles to customers and explaining all the product features. Supporting the sales team when required. Providing individual technical support to all departments. Passing on knowledge to the sales team by holding coaching sessions on new technologies. Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work. About our requirements We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Negotiation and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
