As a hands-on Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing hospitals for the implementation of innovative treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Preparation:
Informing stakeholders about the use of the products. Clinical Support:
Providing training and guidance to users in the operating room. Overhaul:
Training external CSAs. User Information:
Taking charge of documentation such as IFU, Surgical technique, Care protocol, and Patient information. Quality Support:
Establishing and maintaining quality registration according to ISO13485, including post-market follow-up activities.
Your Experience:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experiences: Experience in orthopedics. 3-5 years of extensive operating room experience, working closely with orthopedic surgeons and OR assistants. Proficiency with orthopedic products and surgical techniques, coupled with the ability to transfer knowledge through coaching/training. Experience with preparing/maintaining technical files according to ISO 13485 is a plus. Possession of a driving license.
