APH Ltd is looking to recruit a fixed term Product Support Executive to cover maternity leave in the Strategic Partnerships Department. The purpose of the job is to be responsible for the accurate and timely updating and checking of all rates and close outs and product presentation to maximise sales channels performance. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate car park, hotel and lounge rates daily as required. Maintain close outs and re-opens daily, as required. Develop relationships with key supplier contacts and liaise directly for all information. Accurately set up new car park, hotel and lounge partners across all systems. Ensure any supplements, hotel room types and pricing allocations are correct on company systems. Maintain the APH product lists. Create and maintain accurate hotel fact sheets. Monitor reviews for all products to ensure they are achieving agreed SLA’s and review scores. Manage promotional activity as agreed. Review competition in the market to identify new products or pricing discrepancies/opportunities. Create accurate reports and copy for service emails to be issued to customers. Circulate updates to APH teams regarding product changes in the inventory. Analyse BI system to review how products are selling, identifying any positive or negative trends. Required Skills

Excellent attention to detail Good communication and relationship skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office packages. Completer/Finisher Self-starter with natural drive to succeed. Numerate. Based at Snowhill, Copthorne, Crawley, West Sussex. RH10 3EQ – own transport essential. Hours/days of work - 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, excluding breaks.
