Key Responsibilities:

The Product Support Manager (PSM) reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is an integral member of the local Factory Steering Committee.

As a PSM based at our Kempston factory, you will oversee both technical and sales support functions for our Group Sales and Service Organizations. Leading a dedicated team of 3 people, you will play a crucial role in promoting sales and supporting our products.

Technical Support:

Provide expert technical support to internal sales and service teams.

Collaborate with the Engineering Department to enhance product quality and performance.

Analyze and address warranty claims and customer complaints effectively.

Coordinate follow-up actions on customer and product issues with the Engineering Department.

Train Area Sales Managers and Area Service Technicians on product technicalities and competitive advantages.

Sales & Marketing:

Participate in tender processes, offering technical expertise in collaboration with the Sales & Service Organization.

Develop, update, and publish product presentations for the factory.

Benchmark and analyze competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

Host and engage customers during on-site visits.

Profil recherché

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: Engineering Degree, preferably in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, etc.).

Experience: Minimum of two years in heavy equipment maintenance, including hydraulics and electrical systems (experience in sectors like agricultural, mining, or ground support equipment is advantageous).

Skill Set:

Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of sales activities and strategies.

Exceptional communication skills and a high level of customer commitment.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.

Salary :

Package between 55k£ to 65£ + Excellent company benefits
