Our client is currently looking for a Product Support Manager to join their busy team in York! As a Product Support Manager, you will manage and develop the Product Support Team, consisting of Sales and Applications Engineers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Your role will include efficiently scheduling team members to provide comprehensive support via phone, email, and chat, guiding the team through complex technical inquiries, and collaborating with sales and marketing to identify customer needs and improve the overall customer journey. You will also define key performance indicators to monitor progress and participate in events that showcase our amazing products! Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
