My client is an innovative and specialist engineering solutions provider for the agricultural industry sector. They are seeking a Product Support Specialist to diagnose faults with products, provide technical solutions to customers, provide product information to customers and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Product Support Specialist Responsibilities;
Liaise with customers and assist with their enquiries
Diagnose faults and provide technical support for in-field products
Assist with continuous improvement projects
Develop installation instructions to improve customer clarity
Provide technical support regarding all aspects of the product line
Product Support Specialist Requirements;
Previous experience in a Technical Support/Product Specialist position would be beneficial
Experience with using MRP software in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills are essential
Must be a team player
Must have a UK Driving Licence and Valid Passport for travel
Willing to travel to sites to understand the installation process
This Product Support Specialist opportunity is based in Ledbury and is commutable from Malvern, Hereford, Tewkesbury and Ross-on-Wye.
