The role of a Product Support Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and issues with expertise and efficiency. Description Offer expert guidance on products, providing both technical and commercial support via phone and email. Develop and deliver tailored product training for customers and internal teams. Keep the CRM system accurate and up-to-date with relevant information. Identify and document quality issues, sharing details with the appropriate Quality Manager. Stay informed about the latest developments in motors and controls through collaboration with related business groups. Assist in updating the E-shop with relevant product details and documentation. Provide the Regional Sales team with technical information to support their customer interactions. Profile A successful Product Support Specialist should have: A strong background in customer service. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think on their feet A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering a high-quality service Good knowledge of retail products and services Proven experience in a product support role. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions. Proven multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers across various channels and levels. Proficient in IT, including familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
