Key Responsibilities

You'll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. To support your technical development, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD, and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans. What will the Programme look like?

You'll be encouraged to learn and experiment as part of a continuous innovation community, in an environment where ambition for future progression is rewarded. We’ll expect a lot from you, and you'll be encouraged to bring innovative ideas and technical solutions that add real value for our customers. To support your technical development, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of technical tracks, such as Cloud Ops, Product Management, AI, Software Development, XD, and more. Graduates will complete role-based projects and will acquire technical expertise through individual technical learning development plans. What will make you successful?

Ideally, a degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Mathematics, or other related fields. Tech skills, such as coding experience, but we’re not set on a specific coding language (as we have many products), just bring a strong willingness to learn. A demonstrable passion for tech, with skills to match. An inquisitive mind to help you solve problems. A keen eye for detail. Resilient and determined, able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Effective communication skills, to help you collaborate with people from across the world. Be happy to work from one of our offices a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance. What can you expect from the process?

Apply online with CV/Resume. Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process. If you match the profile, you'll be sent a video interview to record. If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre at one of our Sage offices. Successful candidates will join our Graduate Programme on 6 October 2025. As we receive a high volume of applications, you may receive a delayed response to your video interview. We thank you for your patience. Additional Information
