Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to manage customer relationships and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Converting planned orders to production orders (at the point we need to kit) Checking for shortages at the time of conversion and advising purchasing of any shortages (and keeping a spreadsheet of these shortages) Entering a site commit date Checking the pick list for items not picked; genuine no stock CPN/MPN/BOM issues (in which case amend the production order component list and ask stores to pick). Monitoring shortage report Dealing with production enquiries Dealing with Customer Service inquiries Assisting with stocktake Resolve production order variances Assist with material transactions Key Skills and Experience:

CPN/MPN/BOM knowledge Production/Manufacturing experience What We Offer:
