Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of the role is to carry out the necessary day-to-day administrative duties for a busy packing environment. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and Packing Hall Manager who may add further dimensions to your role to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Duties Included but Not Limited To:
Liaising with customers regarding their packing requirements Updating and checking stock reports Answering the phone and emails Filing Product Intake checks, taking photos and uploading into Dropbox Booking in stock and handling stock report Other general administrative tasks
Essential to the Role:
Previous administrative experience Excellent attention to detail Friendly and helpful manner Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise workloads Good standard of numeracy, literacy, and communication skills Good understanding of Microsoft Office
