Job Description
Planning and scheduling purchased commodities in line with MRP requirements, stock level targets, and production demands. Issuing and managing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of production and indirect parts while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on inventory levels and supplier performance, presenting insights through scorecards and group supplier calls. Overseeing consumables and packaging kanban levels, ensuring alignment with production needs and maintaining accurate min/max levels. Collaborating with central purchasing and NPI teams to ensure on-time delivery of commodities for programme introductions and end-of-life cycles.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in a planning role Strong IT skills Good communication skills
