The key to our success is our dedicated and committed workforce. We are currently recruiting for Production Assemblers to join our Pre-Production department. You will manufacture components and sub assembly components according to the Production plan. Your responsibilities will include: Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and SOP’s Skilfully use a wide range of air and hand tools Follow a defined process without deviation Maintain and build all assemblies to the quality standard required Use and maintain company tools in a safe, clean, and workable condition Complete all company documentation where necessary and maintain all work areas to company standard To be effective in this role, you will have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be competent in working with power and air tools and have a flexible, can-do attitude. Experience of working within a manufacturing site/production line would be advantageous but is not essential. The hourly rate starts at £11 per hour + bonus, with the potential to earn more by working your way through a grading structure. Working hours are Monday - Wednesday 7am - 6pm & Thursday 7am - 5.30pm, with no Friday working!
