Build mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs. Upgrade and repair mechanical and/or electrical assemblies. Test assembled products. Mechanical assembly work to drawing and/or CMMs. Electro/mechanical work, fan/motors and/or heaters to drawing and/or CMMs. Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment, such as torque drivers, crimping tools, micrometers, and verniers. Solder small components. Carry out mechanical and electrical tests as defined in the process control documents, including Flash, resistance, and inductance tests. Adhere to all company manufacturing procedures. Complete all relevant documentation. Provide information or assistance to customers, suppliers, and visitors from other companies. Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities that affect product quality or output. Utilize PPE (personal protective equipment) as provided. Complete all activities in a timely manner to ensure manufacturing targets are achieved. Take on ad hoc duties, including training colleagues and assisting in other departments. Other Responsibilities/Non-essential Functions

Undertake required training as identified by the role manager. Fulfill reasonable requests from the role manager/acting manager or Directors. Provide support outside normal tasks during reduced staff attendance to ensure customer satisfaction. Professional Knowledge & Experience: Able to read and understand drawings, CMMs, and SOPs. Work from SOPs in tandem with drawings. Read, write, and understand English. Knowledge of tools such as circlip pliers, pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, and Swiss files. Soldering skills on small components. Experience with machines, lathes, drills, etc. Previous experience in a production environment, assembling a wide range of electro/mechanical products. Experience in assembling small components, such as model kits. Ability to work in a team and communicate at all levels. Methodical and logical approach. Good time management skills. Self-motivated and professional demeanor. Standard Company Responsibilities Understand the Business Management System and its application to the role. Adhere to Health and Safety requirements at all times. Report any issues that could potentially affect the business. Carry out duties in line with company policies and procedures.
