I am looking for an experienced Production Supervisor/Team Leader.
The purpose of the job is to keep a watchful eye on the production output, organisation, build quality and contribute towards an organised and slick production department.
This person MUST be a Visible Leader; we do not want someone who wishes to sit behind their PCs all day in their office writing reports on health and safety or who wants to work from home and leave production unattended.
Motivate, support and lead the team, combining strength with excellent people leadership and guidance skills.
This position could suit a person who aspires towards a managerial role in the future.
The company is established and is an electromechanical systems-based high specification product that is expanding.
The ideal candidate will have worked extensively in Electromech assembly, possessing both the experience to improve current assembly practices and the ability to provide solutions/designs/recommendations for adding new assembly lines and production cells to handle new higher volume products and output.
