Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Consultant: Lead Generation & Business Development - Proactively generate leads, secure vacancies, and develop a strong client pipeline. Client Engagement & Relationship Building - Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, and deliver market insights. Strategic Account Growth - Identify and develop high-value clients, working towards PSL status. Full Recruitment Cycle Management - Partner with the delivery team to ensure top-quality placements and successful candidate onboarding. Performance & Growth - Track personal KPIs and continuously refine your approach for maximum success.

What We're Looking For from a Business Development Consultant: Experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong focus on business development.
