Gloagburn Farm Shop and Coffee Shop
Gloagburn is a well-established family-owned restaurant and farm shop on the outskirts of Perth, PH1 1QL.
Our 130 cover restaurant is open 8.30am to 5.30pm serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with the emphasis on good quality, seasonal, local and Scottish produce. In addition, we hold steak nights on the last Friday in the month from October through March.
Our busy and recently expanded farm shop includes all the local produce you would expect, as well as ingredients from around the world, our own bakery, and in-house butchery.
The Job
We currently have an opportunity for a Production Chef to join our well-established kitchen team. You will be creating and preparing from scratch a range of high-quality menu items including soups, salads, pies, quiches, pâté, ready meals, deli products, and preserves for retail in our farm shop, and daily specials for service in our restaurant. The position is full-time, 4 or 5 days out of 7, working 7.30am-4.30pm. Due to our shift patterns and rural location, applicants should have access to their own transport. The Person
