Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Compounder on behalf of our client based in Radcliffe. To provide a good quality service to our customers by fulfilling order requirements for liquid fragrances, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all our products meet the ISO 9001 standard. MY RESPONSIBILITIES

Weigh and manually dispense remaining fragrance raw materials, combining them with the automatically Fricke dispensed materials in accordance with the formulation, job procedure and training. Mix raw materials in accordance with the formulation. Remove required Q.C. samples and place in Q.C. collection tray with appropriate paperwork. Clean mixing equipment. Remove container to filling off area. Operate automated compounding equipment - cluster equipment. Use the RF scanning process to ensure that all raw materials are added & recorded correctly in IFS. Manufacture orders up to 6000kg. Check materials prior to use to ensure color, odor and other characteristics are of proper quality; notify supervisor and QC of potential problems. Maintain a neat, orderly and clean shop floor and workplace at all times. Work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Occupational Health and Safety regulations and adhere to internal policies, including (but not limited to) the handling of all containers utilizing proper material-handling equipment and techniques, and duties involving hazardous materials. Maintain accurate records of all work processes via IFS. Support Factory 1 Small Balance when required. Verify container size/types and finished fragrance compound to make sure it matches the order and labels to dispense/pack the product in accordance with the customer’s order. Place correct labels onto appropriate number and size of containers. Fill off compound into correct containers - move and handle goods/containers using the correct material handling equipment. Fill, pack and label stock blends and raw materials in accordance with customer orders. Assist with the removal of full pallets containing completed orders to the Transport Department. Assist with the removal of full pallets containing used utensils to the washing up/washing machine area. You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (36 hours per week). Salary increases to a higher rate once training is completed.
