This AS9100 and NADCAP certified company provides a range of surface treatment, paint finishing and masking solutions for the wider group, as well as a number of OEM's within the Aerospace and Defence industry. With new capabilities and machinery being installed, the company is constantly growing and developing, providing learning and progression opportunities. This role is a varied position where you will control all orders from cradle to grave, being involved in order management, progress reporting, internal production planning and material control. With such a wide range of tasks, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator liaising with customers and a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The Role: Monday to Thursday 0700 hours to 1730 hours and Thursdays 0700 hours to 1200 hours Oversee production planning and material scheduling to manage customer order books effectively Manage the flow of all materials and components from suppliers through production and subcontractors to final customer delivery Develop and manage production schedules in alignment with manufacturing capacities and demands Work closely with the Shop Floor Supervisor to ensure efficient work allocation and scheduling, meeting customer-required dates Actively participate in daily meetings to coordinate and align production activities Collect customer orders and prepare detailed production reports to guide manufacturing processes Contribute to achieving sales targets on-time delivery performance The Person: Proven experience in a production control within manufacturing Experience in a surface treatment facility is advantageous If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
