About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Production Coordinator
to join our client's team. This role involves liaising directly with OEM customers and sub-contractors to manage customer schedules and order raw materials to meet demand. Excellent communication skills are essential as you'll be a key point of contact for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Order raw materials based on customer schedules and demands Maintain direct contact with OEM customers and sub-contractors Download and manage EDI schedules (training provided) Interpret customer schedules and translate them into raw material orders Work closely with the production lead to load machine tools with various part numbers Requirements:
Strong communication skills; fluent in English to ensure clear client interactions Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) Ability to work efficiently and stay organised in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
