As a Production Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing production processes, ensuring workflow is optimised and production targets are consistently met. The role requires an organised and detail-oriented individual who can monitor production progress, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to facilitate a smooth workflow. Responsibilities Include:

Forecasting and production planning Running MRP systems Managing and maintaining BOMs (bill of materials) Expediting products through Assembly, Torque and Pressure test Aligning supplier deliveries with factory demand Performance reporting Candidate Requirements & Fit

Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A dynamic self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Proficiency in using production planning software and related tools An inquisitive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving Advanced MS Excel plus proficiency in associated MS business applications Pay and Benefits

A Production Controller is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and distribution of products, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. This individual works closely with other departments to ensure that production is meeting customer requirements and monitors the production process to ensure that it is operating efficiently. The Production Controller also works to identify areas for improvement and ensure that products are produced to the highest quality standards. Role Purpose

The purpose of a Production Controller is to ensure the successful completion of production goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing the production process from start to finish. The Production Controller is responsible for managing the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel in order to meet production targets while ensuring that product quality standards are met. Additionally, the Production Controller is responsible for overseeing product inventories and working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. The Production Controller must also ensure safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities Ensure the efficient use of materials, personnel, and equipment Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems Establish production and quality control standards Monitor performance of production processes and make adjustments as needed Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems Direct personnel in the production process Maintain accurate records of production levels and other production data Ensure that products are produced on time and are of the required quality Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of production techniques, processes, and equipment Strong attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability Ability to work under pressure Seniority Level
