Production Director
on a permanent basis, offering an excellent salary and benefits package with career progression. As a
Production Director , you will be responsible for the Machining and Fabrications departments, including profiling and painting. You will also have the day-to-day management of the production facility, working with and through the Production Managers. The

will have responsibility for: Set up and maintain efficient communication methods (both formal and informal), such as production management meetings Maximise the efficient use of machines and people Manage the demands of customers' requirements Plan and authorise overtime, additional staffing and patterns of work Develop and maintain appropriate planning tools to give maximum visibility to the whole management team. role, your skills, expertise and experience should include: Experience managing a workforce of 40+ within a machining/fabrication arena, ideally within an SME producing small to medium volume precision parts Previous experience managing production areas operating on shift systems Comprehensive production planning expertise in a multi-process, short lead-time environment A NEBOSH and safety qualification would be advantageous Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills within a production environment If you are interested in applying for the Production Directors
