CK Group is seeking a skilled Production Documentation Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Runcorn, UK. This 9-month contract opportunity offers a competitive salary of £15.46 per hour (PAYE) plus 19% shift allowance. This role involves scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring on-shift training, assessment, and education to ensure compliance with Individual Developmental Goals. You will be responsible for reviewing shift-based people KPIs performance, formally and informally, to drive forward performance and continuous progress. Additionally, you will perform routine meetings with Operational Leaders to ensure PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked into the wider training model. Key Responsibilities: To schedule, coordinate on-shift' training, assessment & education, report any daily discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management. To schedule, monitor, maintain and analyse 'on-shift' development of staff, ensuring all development activities being carried out by all staff are in line with Individual Developmental Goals. Review of shift based people KPIs performance, formally and informally to drive forward. Perform routine meetings with all Operational Leaders to ensure continuous progress is being made, ensuring PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked into the wider training model for Operations Staff Monthly Activities. Model answers for all operations owned competence assessments are created and maintained. Your Background: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated expertise in a similar role with high standards of confidentiality. Scheduling. Analysing of data reporting, Systems expertise. Line Management, and budgetary accountability. Review of shift-based people KPIs performance, formally and informally to drive forward performance. Planning is localised and deals with short to medium term in achieving filling, Pharmaceutical compliance, people development and supply chain targets.
