We are seeking a highly skilled Production Documentation Specialist to join our global pharmaceutical company in Runcorn on a contract basis for 9 months. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor 'on-shift' training, assessment, and education, reporting daily discrepancies to Operations Management. Schedule, maintain, and analyze 'on-shift' development of staff, ensuring activities align with Individual Developmental Goals. Review shift-based people KPIs performance formally and informally to drive forward progress. Hold routine meetings with Operational Leaders to ensure continuous progress, PDPs are in place, and STEM pathways are linked to the wider training model. Create and maintain model answers for operations-owned competence assessments. Your Background:
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated expertise in a similar role with high standards of confidentiality. Scheduling and data analysis experience. Line management and budgetary accountability. Reviewing shift-based people KPIs performance to drive forward performance. Planning for short to medium-term goals in achieving filling, Pharmaceutical compliance, people development, and supply chain targets. Compensation:
£15.46 per hour (PAYE) plus 19% shift allowance. Location:
