Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a

Production Documentation Specialist , to work in a busy Pharmaceutical Company, based within the Runcorn area.

Rotating shift pattern:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 06:00am to 18:00pm.

Week 2 - Wednesday and Thursday - 06:00am to 18:00pm.

Overtime available to cover holidays/sickness.

Rate of pay:

£14.05 per hour, with a shift allowance for working 12 hours days.

Temporary ongoing position.

To begin ASAP.

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, analysing and reporting of Operations, people KPI data, reporting to Operations Management.

Responsible for ensuring operations training master data is maintained, scheduling, organisation and coordination of training, assessment and education requirements for Operational staff including the requirements for CWK.

Requires great levels of confidentiality in compliance with company, regulatory, pharmaceutical and internal/external standards.

Reporting of Operational People based key performance indicators to help drive improvements in Operational performance.

Daily Activities:

ONSITE TRAINING:

To schedule, coordinate on-shift training, assessment & education, report any daily discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management.

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT (OPERATIONS):

To schedule, monitor, maintain and analyse 'on-shift' development of staff, ensuring all development activities being carried out by all staff are in line with Individual Developmental Goals.

Weekly Activities:

ONSITE TRAINING:

To analyse 'on-shift' training, assessment & education against assigned activity, and report any weekly discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management.

Initiate and facilitate the following reviews and associated actions to maintain Studium "master data" for operations:

Monitoring of Operations derived SOPG/Ws for "orphans"

Studium curricula to ensure they remain fit for purpose, alongside the on-shift trainers.

Job roles to confirm alignment/training content (JDs vs Studium assignment profiles)

In conjunction with Operations Management, confirm Operations team members are mapped to the correct assignment profile.

Monitoring and control of remediation training activities.
