CK Group are recruiting for a
Production Documentation Specialist
to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Runcorn, on a contract basis for 9 months.
Salary: £12.99 per hour PAYE plus 19% shift allowance (£15.46 per hour).
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts on a rota.
Production Documentation Specialist Role:
Schedule and coordinate on-shift training, assessment, and education. Report daily discrepancies to Operations Management. Monitor, maintain, and analyze on-shift development of staff, ensuring all activities align with Individual Developmental Goals. Review shift-based people KPIs performance to drive improvement. Conduct routine meetings with Operational Leaders to ensure continuous progress, ensuring PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked to the wider training model for Operations Staff Monthly Activities. Create and maintain model answers for all operations owned competence assessments. Your Background:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated expertise in a similar role with high standards of confidentiality. Experience in scheduling and analyzing data reporting. Line management and budgetary accountability. Planning focused on short to medium term goals in achieving filling, Pharmaceutical compliance, people development, and supply chain targets. Company:
