We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. This role involves the assembly, construction, and quality assurance of specialized electrical and mechanical products, including our industry-leading Cathelco products such as Anti-Fouling (AF), Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ballast Water Treatment (BWT), and Hot Water Systems (HWS). Key Responsibilities Electrical Control Panel Assembly

: Assemble and construct electrical control panels and specialized products for AF and ICCP systems. Cathelco Product Assembly

: Work on the assembly, refurbishment, and construction of RO, BWT, and HWS systems. Product Testing and QA

: Assist with base testing, quality assurance, and documentation for all assembled products. Project Support

: Collaborate on electrical and mechanical projects and support technical production for all product groups. Detailed Reporting

: Produce detailed reports for system refurbishments and overhauls, outlining recommended works. Documentation and Packaging

: Prepare equipment for shipment, including packaging and submitting relevant documentation. Technical Collaboration

: Work closely with the technical department to enhance system designs and software. Customer Inspections

: Assist with customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and inspections. Additional Responsibilities Ensure the timely delivery of production and sales orders as per job cards and deadlines. Maintain high standards in line with workshop policies, ISO 9001 standards, and the company handbook. Contribute to the construction of specialized, bespoke builds, including RO/HWS units and military-grade AF/ICCP modules. Support QA and QC activities within the manufacturing and production environment. Qualifications Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly and production. Strong understanding of quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance. Familiarity with technical production and customer inspection processes is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and departments.
