Smooth NPI: Collaborate with R&D to bring new products to life on the production line. Empower Teams: Train production staff on new products and processes. Boost Efficiency: Design and implement build efficiency schemes. Own the Details: Generate ECNs for design, process, and BOM changes. Solve Problems: Tackle obsolescence issues with practical, creative solutions. Support the Floor: Provide production tools like KanBan systems, jigs, and fixtures. Collaborate with Suppliers: Occasional visits to maintain quality and alignment. What We’re Looking For You are someone who is precise and conscientious: You thrive on attention to detail and clarity in execution. You communicate effortlessly and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and suppliers. You enjoy challenges and solving them hands-on. You think bigger and are eager to improve not just processes but the people and systems around them. You relish problem solving as part of a team and working on your own projects. Your Toolkit Degree in engineering preferred but not essential, solid experience in electro-mechanical assembly is key. Knowledge of electro-mechanical product build including soldering, crimping, wiring, mechanisms, test strategies, and problem solving. A proven track record in enhancing production workflows.
