About the Job: The role is permanent. There are two positions available: one working double days and the other permanent nights. Both come with a shift uplift. The base salary on offer is £32,500. Double days receive a 17% shift uplift, while nights receive 28%.
The role: As a Production Engineer, you will ensure breakdown repair and running time is completed efficiently. You will ensure maintenance is completed to maximize production time. You will train and develop the team to carry out changeovers efficiently and reliably, and lead continuous improvement activities. You will work with the project team to ensure new products and equipment are introduced efficiently.
About you: You will have previous breakdown and maintenance experience in a production environment, along with regulated industry experience. Mechanical qualifications may include being apprentice trained with experience as a technician. GMP experience is also required.
