GBP45,000 per annum Working Hours:

Dayshift 08:00am - 17:00pm (Mon-Thu) and 08:00am - 13:00pm (Fri) Benefits:

Bonus Scheme, Pension Scheme, and Onsite Parking A secure, permanent role with opportunities for career development Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee the production of precision engineering parts to maximize efficiency. Serve as the single point of contact for customers, managing communication and expectations. Develop and implement manufacturing processes for the shop floor. Provide quotes for lead times and costs, ensuring timely delivery. Program and support CNC Milling and Turning machines, including 4 & 5-axis machining centers. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste through lean methodologies. Solve daily production problems and implement permanent solutions. Produce accurate stage drawings and CNC/CADCAM programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality goals. Requirements: Essential: HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Proficiency in programming and setting CNC machines (Turning and Milling). Experience with CAD/CAM software and 4/5-axis machining. Demonstrable knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable: Experience in Aerospace or Automotive industries. Knowledge of APQP/PFMEA processes. Familiarity with machine inspection techniques.
