Are you ready to work for an outstanding company?

Are you ready to champion engineering in a fast moving production/process operation?

Is your career on a steep upward trajectory?

If you are, we have an opportunity that you will be interested in.

You:

Motivated individuals with a track record of achievement in a fast moving, high volume, labour intensive, 'blue collar' process operation. Ambitious individuals, motivated by achievement and moulding an engineering operation in their own image. Driven and competitive individuals who thrive when challenged. Good problem solvers who thrive in challenging situations. Individuals who are used to the demands of working within a fast moving high volume environment. Applications are encouraged from non-engineers, as long as you understand production engineering. Your amount of experience is not important ... your talent, motivation and ambition is.

Company:

Very exciting company to join. A multi-national organisation with a large UK workforce who are going through significant change backed by significant investment. A highly ambitious company which is looking to restructure its UK wide management team at all levels, with an injection of individuals who will bring fresh ideas, talent and drive to lead change across the business. With significant investment available, they are a company committed to change and ambitious for significant performance improvement.

Role:

Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will have complete responsibility for all things engineering; including but not limited to people management, capital expenditure, plant and process improvement. You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean/modern improvement initiatives. You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve. This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to bring everyone together to achieve outstanding results.

Skills / Experience Required:

You will have a track record of achievement. You will have the motivation and ambition to continue to achieve and develop. You will be a leader who inspires those around you and encourages excellence. High volume/fast paced 'blue collar' machinery driven operations experience is preferable. Modern manufacturing/lean experience is preferable. Your amount of experience is not important; your talent and motivation is.

Remuneration:

£55,000 - 60,000 + Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
