Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality! About The Role We’re looking for a Production Executive to join our Growth Creative Content team. This is a brand new role and you’ll play a vital part in supporting the production of high-impact paid social creative content for all HeliosX brands. Working closely with our talented team of creators, you’ll help ensure every detail of the production process runs smoothly, from managing studio admin to assisting with on-set shoots. If you’re organised, proactive, and excited about the creative production process, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced team. Joining a team of five, you’ll be working cross-functionally with the Growth Content Creator team and the Growth department for all brands in the business. As the first hire in this position, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the Brand and Growth teams for ongoing and upcoming campaigns in 2025! This is a full time, permanent position. You will have a hybrid working arrangement, with one-two days per week expected on site in our Shoreditch office/on shoots. What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor incoming and outgoing briefs to ensure smooth workflow. Keep task tracking systems updated to reflect progress and deadlines. Prepare competitor and creative references to support cross-functional ideation sessions. Liaise with stakeholders across Brand and Growth for workshopping briefs, paid social analysis, sharing creative, handling feedback. Production Support: Source props, talent, and locations via various platforms for in-house content shoots. Attend 1-2 shoots p/w to assist videographers and creators during production. Coordinate with post-production and design teams to ensure timely delivery of final creative assets for 2-week Sprints. Track and manage shoot costs against production budgets, ensuring expenses are updated in real time and maintaining organised records of all shoot-related financials. Manage and maintain signed contracts for creators and talent, ensuring accurate records are kept. Oversee documentation of invoices and usage rights, ensuring they are logged, up-to-date, and renewed promptly if and when needed. Who You Are Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communicator with excellent planning and time management skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proven experience with video/photo shoot production or experience in an agency/studio management role. Passionate about Paid social creative content and eager to learn more about the production process. Comfortable in presenting to and working with various Stakeholders across the business. Experience in invoices, budgeting, costs and contracts for talent. Whilst not a requirement, experience with Asana or any project management tool and Google/Excel would be an advantage.
